Project : Fabrication of high-sensitivity sensor devices based on self-assembly
Purpose ○ development of Sub-20 nm Plasmonic Nanostructure arrays by block copolymer self-assembly method
○ Formation of SERS based ultra-sensitive chemical, bio-sensor substrate on arbitrary substrates using nano-transfer printing method
○ development and application of advanced detection platform with high performance
Contents 1. Fabrication of Sub-20 nm Plasmonic Nanostructure arrays by block copolymer self-assembly method
- Raman Signal Enhancement: EF (Enhancement factor) > 107.
- Sensitivity: detection limit: < 10-10M
2. development of highly uniform and cost-effective nano-transfer printing method : fabrication of over 8 inch wafer scale large area SERS susbstrate and analysis of performance
- Nanostructure formation on arbitrary substrates
- development of various SERS platform using nanotransfer printing technique.

※ development of SERS based diagnosis platform using self assembly of block copolymer and nanotransfer printing method.
I. SERS substrate : High performance medical sensor for diagnosis.
II. SERS vial : Identification of unknown liquid(Ex : detection for water pollution source, toxic factor at blood)
III. SERS patch : Various detection on arbitrary substrates(proposal of advanced detection concept
Expected Contribution ○ Realization of rapid and accurate diagnosis and detection applications.
○ Various diagnosis application : Early diagnosis of disease, Dectection and analysis of toxic factor, Development of medicine and medical supplies.
○ development of core technology for cost-effective and highly uniform SERS platform.
○ Proposal of advanced detection system based on nanotransfer printing technique.
